This beautiful Turkish qanun comes from Izmir in Turkey and we are extremely proud to present it to you. This qanun is superb and is the result of extensive violin-making work in Aydin Tutak's workshops. It is made from specially selected maple wood and hornbeam wood and is made up of 75 strings with 8 levers (allowing 1/4 tone progressions) with 3 large fish skin comas giving it a powerful sound , resonating with excellent responsiveness.
A very beautiful padded bag is delivered with this qanun in order to transport this musical instrument in complete safety.
