The products offered for sale are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation by the user and within the limits of available stock.
A large portion of the instruments offered on the website are handcrafted by specialized luthiers and artisans.
Due to this traditional manufacturing process, each instrument is unique. Minor variations may exist between the photographs shown on the website and the instrument actually delivered, particularly regarding wood grain, material nuances, or certain finishing details.
These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted instruments and cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
The photographs and visuals displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. The product description shall prevail.
These characteristics are part of the identity and unique character of each instrument.
3. Prices
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€).
Sons de l’Orient reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.
Sons de l’Orient reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a dispute with a customer or a payment issue.
5. Payment
Payments are secured and may be processed through the following providers:
- Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other compatible payment methods)
- PayPal (PayPal account or credit card, with possible installment payments depending on eligibility)
- Alma (installment payment solution subject to the provider’s conditions)
6. Retention of Ownership
The products remain the property of Sons de l’Orient until full payment has been received.
7. Delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty
Products sold benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects as provided under French Civil Code articles 1641 and following.
