DuPont Qanun Strings by Kenan Özten

These DuPont qanun strings are prepared in the workshop of Turkish qanun maker Kenan Özten, known for the quality and precision of his instruments.

Made from carefully selected imported DuPont string material, they are designed to provide a clear tone, precise response and good tuning stability. They are a reliable choice for musicians looking for a complete replacement set for regular qanun use.

We offer two separate versions, specifically adapted to the characteristics and tuning requirements of Arabic qanuns and Turkish qanuns. It is therefore important to select the version corresponding to your instrument.

Compared with Japanese PVF strings, DuPont strings offer a more traditional feel, a clear and direct attack, and a bright, precise tone, while remaining a more accessible option for regular qanun maintenance.
