The bowl is made from carefully selected Indian rosewood. This dense and prestigious wood provides excellent resonance, deep bass and rich harmonics. The instrument is also decorated with superb handcrafted marquetry, characteristic of the Syrian style, highlighting the elegance and fine workmanship of this model.

The ebony fingerboard and ebony pegs ensure excellent tuning stability and optimal playing comfort. Ebony is especially valued for its strength and precision, guaranteeing great durability over time.
