Handcrafted instruments
A large portion of the instruments offered on our website are handcrafted.
As each instrument is unique, slight aesthetic variations may exist between the photographs displayed on the website and the instrument received.
These natural variations are part of the handcrafted character of the instruments and cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged package during transport
Musical instruments are fragile items, therefore we pay special attention to packaging.
We recommend that customers check the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged or suspicious, it is recommended to:
- report it to the carrier
- contact us as soon as possible
This will allow us to open a claim with the carrier if necessary.
